There are two ways to bid on an item. You can send a text containing the word BID and the auction code to 82085 or you can buy some bids using a credit or debit card. Bids cost from 40p each and raise the price of the item by only a few pence. To buy bids using a credit card you'll need to register first.

It depends on the final price of the auction but its usually over 50% of the value of the vouchers. Each auction shows how much was saved after it closes with the cost of the bids and the final price adding up to dramatically less than the value of the vouchers.

You can use them in the shop like cash, or give them to friends for birthday or Christmas presents. They don't expire and as long as you don't lose them, they last forever.

We vary the starting price depending on the item but we guarantee that it will always be under £1. Each bid in an auction raises the price by a small amount, between 1p and 25p.

Most items close at a few pounds. We can sell the item at this extremely low price by charging a small amount (40p to 60p) for each bid placed in the auction. All the small amounts of bids add up and allow us to keep the final price down. We also buy the vouchers in bulk to keep the price down.

If you've been overbid and you want to 'bail out' of the auction then you can get all your bids back and buy the vouchers at 'face value' by pressing the 'Buy Now' button. As long as you have enough bids in your account, you'll get all your bids back and we'll just take the balance from your account - no need for a credit card either. This is a great way of trying an auction and buying the vouchers if you feel you're not winning. You've got nothing to lose.

When you've won an auction it will appear in your members area (choose My Bids from the menu) with an order button next to it. You provide delivery address and settle the balance for the auction using a credit card and we send you your giftwrapped vouchers by registered post.

At any time during an auction, you can redeem all your bids by buying the item with the bids in your account. The price of the vouchers is calculated according to the price you paid for your bids when you purchased them. This means that you are never disadvantaged if you bought many small packs of bids instead of a few larger ones. It also means the price may vary if you buy bids mid auction.

There is a small delivery charge of £1.43 for UK Recorded Delivery for vouchers under £100, and £5.80 for UK Special Delivery for vouchers at or above £100. There are no other charges, except for the value of the auction which usually goes to less than a few pounds.

Yes. We don't take your credit card details but pass you to our credit card processer, PayPoint (formerly known as SecPay) who handle the transaction with the latest in security measures. You are then returned to the website. At no point are your card details retained by us.

We are also an ISIS Accredited e-Retailer regulated by ISIS which is run by the e-retail industry body, IMRG. ISIS performs independant checking of member websites, their businesses, VAT and Data Protection registrations. To verify our accreditation, simply click on the ISIS logo.

We process all voucher deliveries on a daily basis and you normally receive your won vouchers within two to three working days. If we are out of stock this can extend to up to 7 working days.
